    Job Description:

    Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues.

    As HR Generalist for the function, deliver on the following for all managers employees as required:

    Recruitment

    • Support in the design and lead in implementation of Business Units recruiting strategy. This will also include channel management and employer branding strategies to attract Talent
    • Develop and update job descriptions along with department head and hiring managers.
    • End to end life cycle process owner this includes for e.g. developing assessments, hiring, coordinating with institutes / agencies, background and medical checks, on-boarding, Induction till confirmation.
    • Develop dashboard and insights for data-driven information to ensure hiring is in line strategy is effective and recommend changes.
    • Process owner for Internships and their entire life cycle.

    Training and Development

    • Facilitate development of competency matrix, periodic updating, and evaluation (Radar Charts and effectiveness including) for all employees.
    • Partner with Department Heads for design, roll-out of upskilling programs / On the Job Trainings.
    • Capability development programs for Diploma trainees and B.E / M.E Interns.
    • Process owner for BU Training MIS and lead the function in Audits.

    Employee Engagement

    • Design and Drive all employee engagement initiatives, review, deploy corrective / developmental actions to have a positive impact.
    • Drive Rewards & Recognition and out-line recommendations to up the overall morale / engagement (including Employee Voices).
    • Design and drive Health and Wellness initiatives.
    • Design and Lead people connect initiatives for e.g. Skip-level, Hot-seat, Sports, family day, team activities.
    • Design and drive Health and Wellness initiatives.
    • Monitor and recommend suggestion for absenteeism.

    Education : MBA/MSW, preferably in Human Resources or Business, Finance related

    Desired : Proven 3 years track record with end to end employee lifecycle management in Recruitment, Onboarding & Training & Development & Employee engagement to drive HR initiatives
