    Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Sourcing:

    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
    • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings to ensure alignment with company values and requirements.

    Interview Scheduling:

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview details and expectations.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Implement and support employee engagement initiatives.
    • Foster a positive work environment through team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a healthy workplace culture.

    Content Management:

    • Manage and update internal HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content related to company culture and career development.

    Onboarding:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
