    Inviting applications for the role of AM , Contract ManagementThis role requires an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience. You should have good Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Month end closing and reporting.


    ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Contract managementShould be able to read, amendments and understand service contracts signed between service providers and clientsProvide functional and technical support Content & Service, billing contracts ManagementProvide mentorship to suppliers on the structure and creation of their Contracts/ buying channel content and support the supplier during their first creation/release through testing and into live releaseHandle and Lead Procurement approval of updates to existing catalogues according to agreed processes and procedures, raising/coordinating with the Category Manager by exceptionExperience in reviewing and optimizing processes & overall technical knowledge of different applications, ERPs (SAP, CRM, Tahiti & Share point), system integration, workflows, databases, archival systems.

    Deliver monthly dashboard reporting on Contract and buying channel coverage, usage and RAGSSupport Category Managers in root cause analysis of any issues with existing contracts / channels that are impacting on operational efficiency or user satisfaction (note:

    suppliers handle technical issues on catalogues directly with Ariba)Maintain helpdesk scripts and standard operating procedures according to the latest Contract management and enablementSupport Category Managers and Business resources in assessing if/where new contracts with recurring spend align to a buying channel and where agreed handle the delivery (enablement/channel)Release communications to end-users and Category Managers informing them of new catalogues or buying channelsManage relationships with key stakeholders including maintaining strong communication plan and execution.

    Providing business insights and outcomes for informed decision makingManage escalations and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems


    Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualificationsB.Com or Post Graduate in SCMSignificant experience in contract Management & Content enablementProven experience in OTC, collection and deductionsPreferred qualificationsExperience in managing critical projects that have complex requirementsFlexibility and willingness to travel.

    At times it may be extensive and at short noticesAbility to outline goals and outcomes, gather data, brainstorm on solutions, evaluate pros and consFunctional understanding of Contracts Management /Contract Administration & Contract Compliance or functional knowledge of Global Sourcing / Supplier Chain Management & Spend AnalyticsPrepare clear and concise reports.

    (Excellent Excel skills)Excellent communication skills, Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
