This is a job for an Assistant Manager-Technology Services with 6 years total experience and at least 3 years of Administration and Operations experience. The candidate should be proficient in the technical capabilities of scheduling, have strong customer service focus and written communication skills.The job requires developing and designing complex batch workflows to support application functional batch workflows, providing direct support on all batch-scheduling changes, coordinating and implementing batch scheduling on new and existing projects for the QA/Development and Production environments,
- Expert usage of the TDWC.
- Able to give Customers expert advice and training on using the TDWC.
