    Overview:
    Asthe Talent Acquisition Specialist (Team Lead) you will lead a teamof recruiters and oversee the endtoend recruitment process for ourIT department. You will be responsible for developing andimplementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retaintop talent in the IT industry. This role requires a strongunderstanding of technical roles excellent communication skills andthe ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to meet hiringobjectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance and supportin sourcing screening and hiring IT professionals.
    Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top ITtalent including passive candidates through various channels suchas job boards social media networking events and referrals.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needsand develop job descriptions that accurately reflect therequirements of each role.
    Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing to offeracceptance ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitmentmetrics.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ITrecruitment to continuously improve our recruitment processes andstrategies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
    4 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus ontechnical positions.
    Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment initiativesand achieving hiring targets.
    Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and industry trends.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto build rapport with candidates hiring managers and team members.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities including the ability to motivateand develop a highperforming recruitment team.
    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HRsoftware tools.
    Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt tochanging priorities anddeadlines.
