5 to 7 years of total and over 5 years of relevant software development experience.

Experience developing, deploying and debugging large cloud service applications, preferably AWS.Good understanding of distributed cloud architectures patterns including availability, security, and telemetry.

Solid understanding of cloud-based platforms and microservice architecture including but not limited to AWS, Azure Cloud. Knowledge of AWS services including EC2, IAM, SQS, SNS, S3, Cloudwatch.
Understanding of OpenAPI specification.
In-depth working knowledge of RDS or NoSQL databases.
Strong working knowledge of Docker and the container ecosystemExperience using terraform to deploy infrastructure in support of your applications.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and demonstrated ability to investigate and solve complex problems, including solving critical production issues in complex systems and investigating and determining root causes.

Technical acumen to lead the creation of both system-level and service-level designs in collaboration with other technical experts.
Understanding of common standards / processes / tools and the ability to leverage them where possible.
