**Job Description: Engineering Manager (.NET)**

**Role Overview:**

As an Engineering Manager (.NET) at our Internet company in Noida, you will lead and mentor technical teams to develop robust and scalable web applications. We're seeking someone with in-depth knowledge of .NET frameworks, experience with cloud technologies, and a strong understanding of Docker/containerized application development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support in software development.

Utilize expertise in .NET frameworks (ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) to drive the development of high-quality web applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy large-scale web applications on the cloud.

Demonstrate proficiency in cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS, contributing to the enhancement of our tech stack.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

**Requirements:**

Bachelors degree in computer sciences or equivalent field; Masters degree is preferred.

8-12 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of .NET frameworks and proven experience in developing web applications.

Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS, is advantageous.

Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications on the cloud is preferred.

Proficiency in Docker/containerized application development is desirable.
