Additionally you will ensure the dining area is cleanpresentable and wellstocked at all times and comply with all foodsafety and hygieneregulations.

Coach and develop service staff to deliver exceptional service thatmeets our brand standards.
Createand maintain a positive and productive work environment for allteam members.
Delegate taskseffectively and ensure service runs smoothly during peakhours.
