    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Would be responsible for Facilities upkeep, Cafeteria and Landscape.

    · Monitor service standards in cafeteria and landscape area.

    · Compliance and audits

    · Co-ordinate all the activities of a range of diverse administrative functions.

    · Ensuring efficient operations and directs the vendor team to perform.

    · Co-ordinating administrative procedure and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.

    · Assessing vendor performance and updating the manager at regularly

    · Manage schedules and deadlines.

    · Monitor inventory and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

    · Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

    · Oversee Cafeteria and facilities services maintenance activities.

    · Organize and supervise the office activities.

    · Excellent organizational and multitasking activities.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    · 5+ years of relevant experience

    · Minimum Graduate – commerce or business management is a plus.

    · Proficient in English

    · Strong organizational skills encompassing affinity with IT supporting tools.

    · Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office, database packages and Dashboard preparation.

    · Ability to combine hands-on attitude in operational topics and good analytical skills.

    · Excellent communication skills, to be able to engage with support groups as an advisor and sell in ideas and solutions and with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

    · Proactive in identifying opportunities for change and driving such change through to implementation.

    · Able to respond to sudden shifts in priorities and direction.

    · Able to manage and respect budget demonstrating good financial management skills.

    · Able to maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality & integrity.

    · Good time management Skills and the Ability to priorities work, to work under pressure with a high level of organizational proficiency and initiative.

    · Good attention to detail and ability to follow Admin department procedures.

    · Good numeracy skills, ability to process invoices accurately.

    · The ability to deal professionally, with composure, and effectively with a wide range of people from within and outside the organization.

    · Customer handling skills to deal with irate callers with empathy and patience.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Excellent telephone etiquette, problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
