    Description

    Job Title: Content/Project Manager (Ecommerce)

    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Content Manager to join our Ecommerce Content Production team. As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing content creation & eMerchandising process, project management, and quality assurance for our diverse portfolio of clients. With a focus on Ecommerce, this role requires a professional with 5 to 7 years of experience, possessing a deep understanding of Ecommerce product detail pages (PDP), digital shelf analysis, content strategy, and brand strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation

    · Lead the creation and management of Ecommerce content, ensuring it aligns with client objectives, industry standards, and best practices.

    · Accountable for eCommerce playbook creation for brands

    · Collaborate with designers & copywriter to produce high-quality product descriptions, images, videos, and other assets for Ecommerce platforms.

    2. Project Management:

    · Oversee end-to-end project management for multiple Ecommerce content projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

    · Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital analysts, to streamline workflows and optimize content creation processes.

    3. Quality Assurance:

    · Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client guidelines and brand standards.

    · Conduct thorough reviews of Ecommerce product detail pages to identify and address any issues proactively.

    4. Ecommerce Expertise:

    · Leverage a deep understanding of Ecommerce ecosystem to optimize content for conversion and customer engagement.

    · Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Ecommerce content production.

    5. Digital Analysis:

    · Leverage in-house analytics tools to analyze the performance of Ecommerce content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    · Collaborate with the digital analysis team to gather insights and refine content strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    · 5-7 years of experience in content management, project management, and quality assurance, preferably in an Ecommerce-focused role.

    · Strong understanding of Ecommerce landscape and digital analytics.

    · Proven experience in developing and executing content and brand strategies.

    · Excellent project management and organizational skills.

    · Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
