- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 812 revenue management professionals.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Apply advanced principles of revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory for clients.
- Analyze market trends and travel seasonality to make informed decisions.
- Establish and refine processes for revenue management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the team follows best practices in the industry.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and measure their performance against these metrics.
- Continuously monitor and improve KPIs to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Identify changes in market conditions, competitive landscapes, and travel trends.
- Adjust and adapt revenue management strategies for clients Minimum of 6 years of experience in revenue management within the travel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
