Overview of the role :

This role will be responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance activities across wind energy projects, ensuring that every process, component, and system meets the highest standards of compliance, reliability, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and supporting the company s commitment to clean energy.

Designation : Quality Control Lead

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead inspections of wind turbine components (blades, towers, nacelles, electrical systems).
• Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards.
• Monitor supplier and contractor quality.
• Identify defects and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and compliance reports.
• Support audits, certifications, and safety requirements.
• Work with engineering and operations teams to improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality control (renewable energy or heavy engineering preferred).
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ISO quality systems.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in field conditions (including offshore/remote sites).
