    Job summary:

    Our technology company requires a Business Development Representative with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • To co-ordinate with kushal yuva program (kyp) center owners/ institute owners to tie up with our services and do an agreement
    • Tie up with training partners for generating the candidates looking for job opportunities
    • To maintain the daily progress report (dpr) on particular district and submit it to your respective supervisiors
    • To maintain the field counsellors reports of all field counsellors
    • Understand the needs of the individual person through field counsellors and plan to assistance for them
    • Responsible for sales and delivery to meet the business targets in domain/location
    • Be a single point of contact for customers addressing all the clients needs
    • Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team
    • Achieve sales targets on monthly basis
    • Maintain the sector wise data and work on it
    • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
    • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
    • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
    • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
    • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
    • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

    Qualifications and skills:

    • BA or BSc degree
    • Minimum 3 years proven track record in business sales or related market
    • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
    • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
    • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
