Responsibilities:
Conducttraining needs assessments to identify skill gaps and developtargeted trainingprograms.
Design anddevelop engaging training materials including presentationshandouts andsimulations.
Facilitatetraining sessions using a variety of instructional methods ensuringclear and effectivecommunication.
Evaluatethe effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments asneeded.
Stayuptodate on industry best practices in adult learning andinstructionaldesign.
Collaboratewith HR leadership and department heads to ensure alignment oftraining programs with organizationalgoals.
Maintaintraining records anddocumentation.

Qualifications:
Minimum2 years of experience in training and development or a relatedfield.
Proven ability to design develop anddeliver engaging training programs for Saleslearners.
Strong understanding of adultlearning principles and instructional designmodels.
Excellent communication presentationand facilitation skills.
Ability to assesstraining needs and develop measurable learningobjectives.
Experience in the healthcareindustry is preferred.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office andSuite.
