Job Profile: Learning Consultant/ Senior Learning Consultant - Test Prep
Learning Consultants are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients. They are
proactive in the identification of new prospects and support business development. These
incumbents are the ones who accomplish sales by maintaining and expanding our customer base.
They generate demand by promoting the products and managing the distributors and retailers.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and setting new benchmarks.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales leads.
• Self-motivated and result-orientated.
• Prepared for daily fieldwork and willing to travel extensively.
• Two-wheeler with valid license
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Generate demand for a complete suite of books by making them available to retailers and
distributors.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing professors and distributors.
Revenue genera on and target achievement in the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and avenues for growth.
Attending Trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Promote and sell a full line of products for IIT, NEET, GATE, FOUNDATION, UPSC, etc.
Daily call and reporting through sales MIS.
Follow up and ensure timely payments from customers.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on the same regularly.
Call on professors at coaching institutes and individual tui on centers.
Demonstrating / Presenting products.
