    Description:

    - Establish and oversee the execution of regional sales strategy, policies, and guidelines in order to boost revenue and profitability targets across a wide range of possible clients and distribution channels.

    Drive innovation & value selling for the business by developing regional sales strategy keeping customers at the core of consideration

    Develop internal capability for digitalization and analytics by leveraging available tools like Salesforce and driving deeper adoption within in the teams

    Develop and monitor relevant key metrics to track the performance of the BU and share these insights with the leadership and management cadre for proactive business development

    Examine and assesse business potential for products, bundles, solutions, and services by examining customers' mid-term market investments
    Profile:

    - B.Tech. or BE in Mechanical or Electrical with an MBA

    Outstanding sales background, familiarity with HV transmission products (Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and/or AIS/GIS), and comprehension of the sector

    10+ years' experience in capital equipment, solutions, and service business

    Excellent at business forecasting, CRM applications, Salesforce usgae, data analytics, and sales planning

    Highly focused on business outcomes and leadership of virtual teams combined with exceptional communication and presentation skills towards a methodical, analytical, and accountable workflow.
    Job Offer:
