    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer Business Development at Swastish Enterprises Limited located in Pune. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to business development, such as identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating business proposals. The Electrical Engineer Business Development will work closely with the engineering team to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to clients.

    Qualifications
    • Electrical Design, Power Distribution, Power Systems, and Electricity skills
    • Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
    • Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
    • Ability to understand technical requirements and provide customized solutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Experience in the power transmission or infrastructure industry is a plus
