About the Job

The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will handle all video and graphic design requirements for Social Tribe, working independently as a key contributor to the team. Core responsibilities include editing recorded videos into engaging content for various platforms, analysis, and creation of visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Create static and video ads for performance marketing campaigns.
Design social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Oversee branding projects, including logo design, collateral design, and other assets.
Handle end-to-end video editing and graphic design for recorded videos repurposed for social media.
Develop long-form content for YouTube and short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
Design graphics like thumbnails, banners, and social media posts to complement videos and enhance engagement.
Maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms.
Work independently to identify impactful timestamps from recorded videos for engaging short clips and teasers.
Develop videos and graphics that resonate with audiences, turning everyday recordings into shareable, viral-worthy content.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Strong creative and technical skills in both video editing and graphic design.
Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and deliver high-quality content without constant supervision.
Education, Expertise & Experience: 3+ years in video editing and graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media video creation (long-form and short-form).
Understanding of the marketing industry and its trends.
