    Key Position Objectives

    Shall be responsible for leading a pole in Solution architect role and development of SA package which contains the Hardware, Software and Man days required for the given opportunity. This SA package will be used by the P&E team to create a proposal which will be submitted to customer.

    Specific Duties:

    1. Must act as a GES pole leader for SA and interact with affiliates to create a demand for SA cases

    2. Must lead of team of 5-6 engineers to deliver accurate SA packages

    3. Capable of delivering A360/LCM projects and L2 migration / add projects individually

    4. Ensure that requests executed by self and team are within agreed cycle time

    5. Works independently & is fully proficient in applying established standards of Solution Architect role

    6. Solution Architect needs to work and coordinate with Sales Management, Sales Account Managers, LSS Leaders (FSM/SBM), LSS Marketing / Solutions Consultants, Field Service Specialists (FSS) and the Proposal & Estimation team in making the proposal / estimate.

    7. Selecting the proper combination of hardware, software, labor, that will deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives.

    8. Follow the Quality standards and processes as defined by Internal global business operations.

    9. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Process flow charts, Quick Reference Documents, Checklists etc.

    10. Readiness to travel to site as required.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
    • 8+ years of experience.
