Job Role: As the Deputy Regional Head - Business Development , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in business development, a keen understanding of the medical education sector, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and

expand market presence.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance reach and impact.

Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Team Handling:

Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.

Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

On-field Supervision:

Regularly visit medical colleges and key locations to supervise the on-field sales activities.

Ensure the team is effectively engaging with potential customers, addressing their needs, and promoting products and services.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Student Ambassadors.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven track record in business development, with at least 6 of experience in the Sales Domain.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel.
