    We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with Oracle ATG and Endeca to join our team with one of our clients. I would like to tell you a bit more about this position and learn a few things about you, as well.

    Job Title: Senior Java Developer with Oracle ATG and Endeca Experience

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with extensive experience in Oracle ATG and Endeca to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a focus on Spring Boot, along with hands-on expertise in Google Cloud services and transactional databases. This individual will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, particularly in the realm of Oracle ATG and Endeca development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize Oracle ATG and Endeca to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Develop and maintain Endeca Experience Manager and its cartridges.
    • Ensure accuracy and relevance of product catalog details through baseline indexing processes.
    • Debug and resolve bugs and errors across the browse domain and indexing processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Proven expertise in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud services, particularly Pub/Sub and Cloud SQL.
    • Familiarity with RabbitMQ/Pubsub and transactional databases for efficient data processing.
    • Proficient in building and managing projects using Gradle.
    • In-depth knowledge and practical application of SonarQube for code quality analysis.
    • Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with unit and contract testing expertise.
    • Extensive experience in API development, ensuring seamless integration.
    • Demonstrated skills in performance optimization for scalable applications.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Newrelic for performance tracking.
    • Hands-on experience with Bamboo and Bitbucket for CI/CD pipelines.
    • Technical story writing and proficiency in creating design documentation.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Java development.
