    Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Coordinator

    As a part of the Corporate Team of Genpact, you'll be working with Senior leaders based out of different locations within India or Global locations taking care of Calendar & Travel management.

    This role provides high transparency and exposure to lots of learning.

    And that's why we are looking for a self-starter who is ambitious, agile, and passionate about going an extra mile and can work closely with leadership and help them work efficiently in their respective functions.

    Responsibilities
    Calendar Management
    .Handle the Conflicts on the meeting requests in the leader's calendar
    .Book Rooms, VFM, VC Rooms, hotels and meetings in for external meetings
    .Set up meetings with the customers as per the priority given by the leaders and set up meeting with the internal teams.
    .Coordinate with the logistics team for the meeting room arrangements.
    Travel T&L / Concur
    .Concur requests and approvals
    .Hotel, ticket and Cab bookings
    .Visa applications, Forex, Insurance
    .Concur reimbursements, Upload bills
    .Flight changes/Missed flights/Hotel changes etc.
    .Corp card limit increase requests.


    International travel:
    Liasioning with the local employees and get the bookings done. Understand the policies and the system of the international travels and accordingly do the job
