We are currently hiring for the role of Legal - Compliance, Dispute & real estate.

Job Role:

Compliance:

In depth and demonstrated experience of all the compliances applicable at manufacturing units such as Factory's Act, BOCW, Environment Act, Health & Safety, Employment & HR, Legal metrology, Weights & measures, etc.

Regular mapping of legal compliances, and implementation legal compliance tool across manufacturing units.

Real Estate:
Conducting diligence of potential properties to identify whether its title is valid and clear, suggest ways to mitigate business risk in unclear title, drafting lease deed/ leave and license agreement or any other transaction document

Contract management (10% weightage):Supporting business teams on drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalizing commercial / business contracts such as LOI, MOU, NDA, work & purchase orders, sales and purchase contracts, marketing contracts, legal notices, IT/Software/IP contracts, agency agreements, standard GTC, etc.

Drive implementation of contract management system and other legal tools across business functions and units and guide peers in standardization of contracts.
