    We're seeking a talented Customer Relations Manager to join our team and help us exceed our clients' expectations.

    Position Overview:

    As our Customer Relations Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Your role fosters strong client relationships, coordinates project milestones, and ensures client satisfaction throughout the design process.

    1) Manage client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with timely and personalized responses.

    2) Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and preferences.

    3) Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and project timelines.

    4) Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.

    5) Develop client retention strategies to drive repeat business.

    Qualifications:

    1) 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

    2) Passion for interior design and excellent communication skills.

    3) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

    4) Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
