:The opportunity
The role engages with India leaders and stakeholders to identify, develop and lead learning and development initiatives that align to India's strategy priorities. Ensure complete understanding of needs by building internal trusted relationships with leaders at all levels. Align global, regional and local learning and development solutions
How You'll Spend Your Day
Partner closely with the Global Head of Talent Development India Head of HR and key stakeholders to assess capabilities the capabilities required to deliver on India's strategy Develop a learning and development curriculum for India employees that builds requisite capabilities, and supports career growth of employees Create meaningful learning and development content (in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors) Facilitate learning programs when and where needed Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of L&D programs and initiatives to measure program effectiveness and impact. Support performance and talent management, and succession planning activities on an ongoing basis. Regularly produce and report on the ROI of learning and development Manage all India learning spend and budgets
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Experience in building and executing on learning and development strategies Experience in supporting or leading the building of capability frameworks and career paths Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong project management and execution skills Solid knowledge in learning and development, building various learning solutions that includes on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring that includes experience with implementing virtual and remote learning Knowledge of various third-party learning content tools and other training resources including LinkedIn Learning- Knowledge of LMS systems deployment and implementation on an enterprise level Strong background in creating and managing learning and development programs Ability to balance strategic work with high levels of execution Experience of working in a globally complex organization, preferred
Your Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor's/PG degree in human resources, organizational development or related field required 8-10 years of experience in leading organizational training and development
