Description

Loading-Unloading & Movement of TBM parts & material with safety.
Should have the knowledge of lifting tool and tackles i.e. slings, wire ropes, belts, chains, Chain Pulley, D shackle, Bow Shackles.
Should have the knowledge about cranes -indications for lifting operation
Able to manage more than 10 plus riggers.
Should be able to take responsibility for critical and heavy lifts.
Monitoring tandem lifting & blind lifting.
Raising the requirement for material and follow-up.
Conversant with Welding techniques and specific Codes.
Managing Team of Sub con work men & technical team
Execution of daily work as per Engineers Instructions
Fabrication & Installation of different structures and assemblies as per the plan and drawings.
Daily work management, Pre-start brief (Pep Talk) to the work men for safe work practice.
