This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves engaging with clients to provide technical solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and improving customer satisfaction.
The Technical Sales Engineer will also focus on generating sales leads, developing technical bids, offering technical support, and liaising with customers to ensure optimal product selection and functionalities.
What You Will DoIdentify & Conquer:
Visit industrial hubs and customer sites to scout for new projects and lead generation.
Brand Ambassador:
Represent prestigious international valve brands, explaining complex technical specifications to engineers and procurement heads.
The Full Cycle:
From the initial "handshake" and technical presentation to the final negotiation and closing.
Project Management:
Support the customer even after the sale by coordinating deliveries and ensuring smooth payment collections.
Your Toolkit
Technical Edge:
A degree or diploma that helps you understand how a valve fits into a massive industrial system.
Road Warrior Spirit:
A genuine love for travel and "face-to-face" marketing.
Communication:
Fluent in English (to talk to our international partners) and Hindi or additional languages is beneficial, not mandatory.
Digital Savvy:
You should be as comfortable with a PowerPoint presentation as you are on a factory floor.
