    Responsibilities:

    Develop and Implement Local Marketing Plans:

    • Work closely with store managers to understand the unique characteristics and demographics of each location.
    • Create customized local marketing plans for each store, considering local trends, competition, and community preferences.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to store managers in executing local marketing plans.

    Coordinate Promotional Events:

    • Organize and execute local promotional events and campaigns to increase store visibility and attract new customers.
    • Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, discounts, and special events.

    Community Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, and community organizations to enhance the restaurant's presence in the community.
    • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.

    Social Media Management:

    • Manage and update social media accounts for individual store locations.
    • Create engaging content, posts, and promotions to increase online visibility and engage with the local audience.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about local trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage budgets for local marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the QSR industry.
    • Strong understanding of local marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Proficient in social media management and marketing analytics.
    • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
