    Description

    D365 CRM Specialist Role:

     

    • Requires a seasoned CRM Consultant with over 10 years of experience in CRM, preferably having worked as a Business Analyst for at least three implementations.
    • Must have facilitated business discussions and workshops, with expertise in designing CRM functionalities covering sales, service, marketing, field service, and Project Service Automation.
    • Expertise in creating business requirements, user stories, functional design, and high-level design documents.
    • Strong understanding of Power Platform capabilities and possibilities.
    • Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 platform, including online and on-premise versions, upgrades, migrations, integrations with Office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, Outlook capabilities, and offline access.
    • Experience coordinating with diverse teams, including business Subject Matter Experts, Development, QA, and Training.
    • Ability to provide training to end-users on new CRM functionalities.
    • Deep understanding of multiple industry domains.
    • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
    • Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and lead the development of Dynamics CRM solutions.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement CRM solutions across various industries.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful solution deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM projects.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and design documents.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft product updates.
