One of our prestigious clients in theMaritime Industry is looking to hire aProject Procurement coordinator to bebased in Kingdom of SaudiArabia.

Your futurerole & JobPurpose:

We arelooking to hire Project ProcurementCoordinator expected to be a focal pointwho coordinate and communicate all project related maters betweenPSCM and other internalstakeholders.

KeyAccountabilities:

• Reviewthe received MRs and make sure all related documents isprovided.
• Distribute the MRs among the buyersin coordination with purchasing division head and keeptracking.
• Conduct weekly review meeting withpurchasing team and other stakeholders.
• Developtracking sheets and make sure of properupdate.
• Coordinate new missing or returneddocuments/drawings etc between PSCM and internal stakeholders suchas but not limitedEngineering/Operations/BD.
• Attend projectmeetings to coordinate and update the status of materials/servicesflow.
• Providing detailed updates to allstakeholders on the status of document submittals and requeststo/from PSCM.
• Providing timely information andsupport to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinatewith the company warehouse/project team to ensure GRN/SES iscompleted and posted in ERPsystem.
• Verifies/reviews makes necessary copiesprepare transmittal letters and forwards to LogisticsTeam.
• Review proposals with technical team forcompliance of project requirements.
• Fulfillingadditional responsibilities and misc. expediting functions asrequired to support theProject.

Who we arelookingfor:

Experience:3 to 5 years of experience in relevantposition.

Education:Minimum bachelors degree in business administrationor in related Engineering Degree or inrelated.
Competencies (Knowledge Skills&Abilities)
Language:Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English
