    Customer Service / Support
    Description
    • Create persuasive and engaging copy that effectively communicates the benefits and features of products or services to drive sales.
    • Develop creative and compelling messaging, scripts and copies for new launches.
    • Ensure all copies are grammatically correct and adheres to brand messaging and tone.
    • Produce clear, concise, and error-free copy that adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all communication channels.
    • To write persuasive and optimized copies for maximum conversion rates.
    • Run A/B tests to refine copy and improve performance metrics.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in copywriting to continuously improve skills and techniques.
    • Work with content creators, advertising and sales team, designers and video editors to ensure production of high quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.

    Preferred Qualifications / Experience :

    • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in copywriting for sales, preferably in a marketing or

    advertising agency setting.

    • Excellent Writing Skills: Strong command of the English language with impeccable grammar,

    punctuation, and spelling.

    • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to capture audience attention and

    drive engagement.

    • Understanding of Marketing Principles: Familiarity with marketing principles, including branding,

    messaging, and consumer behavior.

    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all written

    materials.

    • Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

    simultaneously.

    • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to feedback and iterate on copy to meet changing business needs and

    goals.

    • Knowledge of SEO: Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and how they

    impact copywriting for online channels.

    • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work samples demonstrating the ability to write

    compelling sales copy that drives results.

    Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in English, marketing, communications, or a related field is

    typically preferred, but not always required depending on experience and skills.
