Senior Die Maker

As a skilled tool and die maker at ics-designs, you will be responsible for interpreting design schematics, cutting and shaping dies, and assembling completed parts. You will also need to test the performance of the product.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, CAD drawings.
• Visualizing metal shapes, computing tolerances.
• Designing jigs/templates as work aids in fabrication.

We are looking for an experienced individual with detailed knowledge of metalwork & engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail and excellent visualisation skills.
A successful tool & die maker can translate ideas into expertly crafted metal forms ready for manufacturing process.
The selected candidate must hold a Diploma in Tool & Die making or ITI (Industrial Training Institute), with minimum 3-5 years experience working as a Tool & Die Maker. They should also possess extensive knowledge of machine tools like drills,milling machines grinders etc.
