- Should have at least 8 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience as ServiceNow Lead Developer
- Should have handled at least two ServiceNow implementations (including core modules, such as Incident, Service Requst, and Change Management) successfully and preferably Asset Management, CMDB and Discovery
- Should be an expert in Service Catalog development and customizing workflows, business rules and dashboards
- Should have the experience of configuring domain separation and mid servers
- Should be well versed in integrating ServiceNow with AD, SSO and other enterprise applications - using REST APIs as well as hub & spoke.
- Should have the experience of interacting with customers, understanding requirements, presenting solution design, working out the development estimates and getting customer sign-offs.
- Should be capable of leading a team and ensure that the team delivers on time and conduct technical reviews of the team's work
- Should be capale of providing guidance and coaching to team members
