We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) in Finance and Accounts for our esteemed client.
As a Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of professional experience, you will play a key role in financial management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
1.
Financial Statements:
Proficient in making and consolidating Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Cash Flow, and Cost Sheet
2 Accounting Software:
Well-versed in using Tally and other relevant accounting software for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping
3 Audit Management:
Capable of conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
4 Budgeting:
Active involvement in the budgeting process, contributing insights and analysis to support financial planning. 5.
IPO and Foreign Operations:
Experience in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and foreign operations will be an added advantage
6 Travel:
Prepared for regular travel, approximately 2-3 days per week
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant Proven experience in financial management and accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
