Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven
Business Development Executive (Sales)
for our Social Media Management vertical who can generate leads, pitch our services, onboard clients, and build long-term relationships with businesses seeking social media and brand management solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, confident in client interactions, and eager to grow in the digital marketing and branding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for Social Media Management & Brand Management services
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking
- Present and pitch our services to prospective brands and businesses
- Understand client requirements and propose customised solutions
- Negotiate and close deals within the given timeline
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
- Work closely with the operations and creative team for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain sales pipeline records and track performance targets
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 0.5–1 year of experience in sales (preferably in digital marketing / advertising / creative agency)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Comfortable with lead generation tools and CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary Structure:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based, uncapped
- Growth: Rapid growth for high performers
- High performers can earn ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month including incentives.
