Seeking a Workday Reporting Consultant experienced in developing Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, calculated fields, and supporting multi-module data needs.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending).
Create and manage calculated fields across different business objects.
Configure row-level security and reporting security domains.
Support BAU reporting tickets, data validation, and troubleshooting issues.
Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights.
Maintain Discovery Boards, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
Ensure data accuracy across modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Comp, and Learning.
Support reporting needs for integrations, EIBs, and downstream systems.
Participate in Workday release testing and update impacted reports.
Document report specifications, logic, and data dictionaries.
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
3–4 years of Workday Reporting and Calculated Field experience.
Strong grasp of Workday business objects and effective-dated reporting.
Knowledge of EIBs, integrations, and security configurations.
Good analytical and communication skills.
