Business Intelligence Analyst - Bengaluru, India - Tira

Job location : Mumbai/ Bangalore

You will be the analytical engine behind Tira's strategy team, driving some of the most important decisions for Tira through data and insights. Specifically, you will

• Identify key problem statements for the business and drive RCAs
• Define clear, actionable data structures to answer questions
• Develop visualisations for trends and key metrics across all departments
• Effectively communicating findings and insights
• Conducting in-depth analysis to uncover valuable insights that inform strategic initiatives aimed at making Tira the go-to beauty destination in India
• Managing and prioritizing analysis requests, ensuring timely and efficient completion
• Liaising and coordinating with the broader senior stakeholders in the BI Team across Tira and Reliance Retail
• Staying current on industry and competitive trends and best practices in beauty retail and business analytics
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new business processes and strategies aligned with Tira's omnichannel strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical fields (Engineering, Maths, Computer Science) from top institutes; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Experience in the e-commerce or beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools Excel, SQL and MS Office Macros; Python, Tableau, GA preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
