We are at a 500%+ annual growth rate scaling our team and operations in sync and looking to work with an independent, responsible, and accountable individual.**Why is this Role Important to us?** As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for finding the right fit for the open roles. You will be the gatekeeper of the Org's culture as the right culture starts from hiring the right talent. Not just hiring but building the employer brand will be your responsibility.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Adhering to the set recruitment process guidelines
- Posting the jobs on the relevant portals
- Maintaining the ATS and helping create data for salary benchmarking
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
- Screening on the set guidelines and scheduling interviews.
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
- Be actively involved in onboarding and employee documentation on HRMIS.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,
- 1+ Years of experience in Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in recruitment and employment law.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HR software, including ATS and HRIS systems.
