    *Position Overview:*

    We are seeking a proficient networking Engineer with Wireless last mile experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies in the field.

    Major Responsibilities*


    •Design, deploy and manage layer2 switching infrastructure to support networking requirement


    •Create both high level and detailed design documents, migration plans and methods of procedure for implementation on the network.


    •Generate guidelines/procedures for wireless networks and services.


    •Generate guidelines for wireless traffic management of Data services


    •Work closely with engineering teams to fully understand L0/L1 TCL network design, especially NLD networks, MANs & Access Networks in various cities and provide the needed requirements to ensure efficient L2 network design.


    •Provide hardware and capacity requirements, identify shortfall, and trigger capacity upgrade and new hardware requisitions.


    •Investigate and analyze emerging network technologies and architectures related to wireless last mile and data services.


    •Design service solutions to meet business requirements and strategic directives.


    •Creating detailed technical service requirements


    •Support the service from inception, through testing, to deployment.


    •Providing technical specifications & support for the development of joint services

    Minimum qualification & experience

    *Skill Requirements:*

    1. configure and troubleshoot layer2 switching protocols, including VLANs,Spanning Tree protocol(STP),Rapid Spanning Tree protocol and link Aggregation(LAG)

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions into existing network infrastructure.

    3. Have extensive knowledge of IP routing protocols (Static & Dynamic like OSPF and BGP).

    3. Strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax and LTE

    6. Experience with network security concepts and protocols, such as WPA2, AES, 802.1X, and RADIUS.

    4. Hands-on experience developing Layer 2 or 3 based services requirements for network engineering and OSS developers.

    4. Configure and troubleshoot wireless networking equipment, including routers, switches, access points, and controllers.

    6. Monitor network performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

    7. Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and external clients regarding wireless networking issues.

    8. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

    9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in wireless and networking technologies.

    10. Assist in the evaluation and selection of wireless networking hardware and software solutions.

    Other knowledge/skills

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Electronics&TeleCommunication or related field.

    2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Wireless Engineer or Network Engineer.

    3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    4. Relevant certifications (e.g.CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWNP) are a plus.
