    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dynamics 365 CRM Customization: Customize and configure Sales modules in D365 CRM including form/field customizations, ribbon customizations, and integrating plugins.
    • Develop and Implement Plugins: Design and develop custom plugins for CRM, ensuring smooth functionality and business logic integration.
    • Business Process Flows: Configure Business Process Flows, OOB CRM Workflows, and Custom Flows to streamline the business operations.
    • Power Automate Integration: Design and implement Power Automate Flows to enhance CRM automation and improve business processes.
    • Canvas App Development: Develop and maintain Canvas Apps for CRM, ensuring seamless integration with other applications and workflows.
    • Customization with JavaScript: Use JavaScript for advanced form customizations, field logic, and user interface enhancements.
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with functional teams, solution architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module: Expertise in Sales module customization within D365 CRM.
    • Plugins Development: Hands-on experience with plugins in CRM.
    • JavaScript: Strong knowledge of JavaScript for customization and form scripting in CRM.
    • Customization: Ability to customize forms, fields, ribbon and model-driven apps.

    Desired Skills:

    • .NET: Experience with .NET technologies for additional backend customizations.
    • Canvas Apps: Experience developing Canvas Apps within Dynamics CRM.

    Working Environment:

    • Work Mode: Hybrid Work-from-Office (WFO).
    • Location: Hyderabad SEZ.
