Overview: Join our team as a PhysicalTherapist Assistant (PTA) and contribute to the delivery ofhighquality rehabilitation services to our patients. As a valuedmember of our interdisciplinary team you will work under thesupervision of licensed physical therapists to implement treatmentplans provide therapeutic exercises and support patients on theirjourney to recovery. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in conducting initial andongoing assessments of patients physical function mobility andstrength.
• Collaborate with the treatment teamto develop individualized rehabilitation plans based on patientsgoals and needs.
• Implement therapeuticexercises manual techniques and modalities as prescribed by thephysical therapist to improve patients functionaloutcomes.
• Monitor patients progress duringtreatment sessions and communicate observations to the supervisingphysical therapist.
• Provide education andinstruction to patients and their families on home exerciseprograms and proper techniques for performing activities of dailyliving.
• Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation of patient progress treatment interventions andoutcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical TherapistAssistant program.
• Current licensure oreligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)in NH.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitationor outpatient setting preferred.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with patients families and members of thehealthcare team.
• Compassionate andpatientcentered approach to care.
• Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Basic computer skills fordocumentation purposes.
