- Independent setup of new Automic cluster systems on Windows and Linux platform. (Installation and configuration of Automic as a service.
- Independent development and integration of Automic Automation via Call API, Java API or REST API interfaces and connection to applications.
- Developing, implementing and deploying scenarios to integrate customer specific requirements.
- Independently perform complex maintenance and support work (change) within the scope of the work assignment and resolve very difficult faults and damage within the scope of his/her job responsibilities in compliance with the agreed contractual scope of work.
- Diagnosing and solving difficult software problems; in case of unsolved problems, initiating further escalation levels (3rd LeveL, PL, TSM, MIM team, customer if necessary)

- Bachelor or comparable
- Several years of professional experience
- Relevant professional experience in the areas of workload management and interface development
- Knowledge of common procedures, technologies and operating systems in the workload management environment (e.g. SAP, UNIX, Windows, SFTP, FTP, virtualization layers, etc.)
- Practical experience with a scheduling tool, ideally Automic / UC4
- Knowledge of running applications and frameworks as well as ITIL and project management
- Strong sense of service, a structured way of working and independent development of solution approaches
- Confident demeanor, analytical skills, willingness to perform and high ability to work in a team
- Technical leadership
- Very good written and spoken English skills are required
