Job description
We are looking for an Executive Software to support the maintenance, administration, and effective utilization of hospital software systems. The role involves providing user support, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance, and assisting in software upgrades and security measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance and management of hospital software systems and applications.
- Provide technical support to end-users for software-related issues and coordinate troubleshooting.
- Implement software updates, patches, and security measures to protect against cybersecurity threats.
- Create and maintain documentation such as software configurations, user manuals, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with software vendors for support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and renewals.
- Support training programs for end-users on software applications.
- Maintain software inventory, licenses, subscriptions, and renewal records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Assist in testing, quality assurance, and reporting of software bugs and issues.
- Stay updated on emerging software technologies relevant to hospital operations.
