- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and closeout.

- Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or breaches promptly.

- Negotiate contract modifications, extensions, or amendments based on changing project needs or scope adjustments.

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing railway projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including records of correspondence, amendments, and approvals.
