    Solar Project Executive - Ahmedabad, India - CODASYNCS

    Description
    Responsibilities:
    1. Managethe endtoend execution of solar energy projects including siteassessment design procurement installation commissioning andhandover.
    2. Coordinate project activities withinternal departments including engineering procurement constructionand operations to ensure seamless projectexecution.
    3. Develop project plans schedules andbudgets and monitor progress against key milestones anddeliverables.
    4. Liaise with external stakeholderssuch as clients contractors subcontractors suppliers and regulatoryauthorities to facilitate project coordination and resolveissues.
    5. Conduct site visits and inspections toassess project feasibility identify potential risks and ensurecompliance with safety and qualitystandards.
    6. Manage project documentationincluding contracts permits drawings specifications and changeorders and maintain accurate records throughout the projectlifecycle.
    7. Provide regular project updates andreports to senior management and stakeholders highlighting progresschallenges and recommended actions.
    8. Monitorproject costs expenses and resource utilization and take proactivemeasures to control costs and optimize projectprofitability.
    9. Ensure strict adherence toproject timelines budgetary constraints and quality standards andimplement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks andaddress issues.
    10. Foster a culture of safetyquality and teamwork among project team members promotingcollaboration communication and knowledgesharing.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Construction Management or relatedfield.
    2. Proven experience in project managementpreferably in the solar energy or renewable energyindustry.
    3. Strong technical knowledge of solarenergy systems equipment andtechnologies.
    4. Excellent project managementskills with the ability to plan organize and prioritize multipleprojects simultaneously.
    5. Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and software such as Microsoft Project orPrimavera.
    6. Effective communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diversestakeholders and build positiverelationships.
    7. Strong problemsolving abilitiesand attention to detail with a focus on delivering highqualityresults within established timelines andbudgets.
    8. Knowledge of relevant regulatoryrequirements codes and standards governing solar energyprojects.
    9. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a proactiveand resultsoriented mindset.
    10. Willingness totravel to project sites and attend meetings asrequired.
