Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Interns to join our dynamic sales team.
As an Outbound Sales Intern, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for Akrivia HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and monitor sales pipeline.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about sales and the HR tech industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or CRM software.
