    Digital Campaign Manager

    We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to oversee the development and execution of Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance marketing and data-driven growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute data-driven Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Optimize ad performance through audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
    • Manage campaign budgets to drive lead generation and sales.
    • Analyze marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize ad performance.
    • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign success.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, ad platforms, and best practices.
    • Lead and mentor a team to drive digital marketing success.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid media.
    • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
    • Able to create and execute full-funnel marketing strategies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Experience in E-commerce, SaaS, or digital agencies is a plus.
