About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee large programs or clusters of programs, focusing on program governance, methodology, and best practices for our Customer Success department.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and partners to ensure that all programs run smoothly and according to plan. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing large SAP projects and ensuring timely delivery;
Collaborating with customer/partner management teams, system owners, and technical architects to document issues/risks and escalate them as needed;
Establishing and maintaining project plans to track and monitor delivery progress;
Agreeing on reporting profiles with existing business teams to include resource profile, costs, and milestone achievement status;
Providing regular reports on status and progress;
Building schedules based on internal standards, contractual targets, and data provided by stakeholders;
Identifying potential delays (critical paths) and providing timely updates on risks and margins related to schedule;
Consolidating, reviewing, and presenting program data and reports to Customer Success leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor/Postgraduate in Engineering - IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent;
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate at all levels;
Strong knowledge of SAP systems and several years of program and client management experience;
In-depth understanding of ERP SAP business solutions as a Program Manager;
Excellent client-facing experience and relationship management experience;
PMP/PRINCE 2 Practitioner or equivalent certification;
SAP S4HANA experience;
Good leadership skills with attention to details, data literacy, and organizational awareness.
