Job role - Sales executive
Location- kolar district
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
2. New business development through leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
3. Create large account plans and focus on solution-based selling on target enterprises.
4. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build complete solution
based proposals to help customers secure their most critical infrastructure.
5. Deliver well inspected, accurate weekly sales for forecasts and qualified pipeline management is the assigned territory and accounts.
6. The sales executive will be in charge for sales, and marketing in the assigned territory.
7. Identify and acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with tagged existing clients.
Experience and skills –
1. Min 5 years' experience as a sales executive in fertilizers / pesticides companies in those districts of Karnataka state.
2. Excellent communication skills with high level decision.
3. Strong track record of achievement against sales quota targets.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
5. Thinking on the feet and being self -driven in resolving problems at hand.
