Requirements :-

• Must have hands-on experience working as BA in new implementing/handling of CRs in SAPCallidus solution or any other Distributor's Management System (DMS) in Life Insurance or any Life Insurance PAS (Policy Admin System) implementation focusing on distribution module
• Required knowledge and experience in defining interface requirements of any Life Insurance PAS implementation.
• Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience working on Life Ins. Policy Admin, strong understanding of Distributors & Policy lifecycle & various business processes involved.
• Agile methodology and ways of working experience. Hands-on exp. to use Agile tools, ceremonies & methods.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
• Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data
• Experience in developing business case, business requirements, and impact assessments
• Awareness of the testing process and experience of performing testing
• Experience of process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate with practical experience
